At Bumblehugs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return & Exchange Period

You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange, unless a different return window (such as 5 days) is mentioned on the product page.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Login to Your Account: Access your customer panel by logging into your account.
  2. Locate Your Order: From your order list, click on "Return & Exchange."
  3. Submit Request: Enter your order ID and follow the prompts to initiate your return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Bumble Hugs will cover the shipping costs for returns. A shipping provider will pick up the order from your location.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 working days once the returned item is received at our store.
  • You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
